Rent Pressure Zones (RPZs) are designated by the State. SmartRent is not the register and this article is not the law.
What to do
- Look up whether the address is in an RPZ on the official sources linked from rtb.ie.
- If you increase rent, you remain responsible for the calculation and the notice.
- The app has an RPZ checker and a notice template. You still send the notice and, if required, update the RTB yourself.
We do not publish a complete RPZ map here because it changes. We do not file the increase for you.
